Here’s some of the latest stock of interesting sites and articles from the big www.  Enjoy!

Pimp your plane?  Now I’ve seen a pokemon Plane before, but some of these plane designs are really out there.

Darren Rowse recently put up a really great video about using social media to promote your blog.  Now if I could only get the hang of twitter…

Here’s a great interview of Christoph Rehage by TravMonkey.  Christoph took a year and walked across China.  Theres even a rockin’ time lapse video.

We’ve all heard about ways to save money for a trip, but in Two Go RTW’s article they add in one step that I and many others sometimes take for granted

“Execution. Execution of a savings plan often requires discipline and perseverance—what we like to refer to as stick-to-itiveness. We’ve found that sticking to a savings plan is easier if you can make it habitual. Sure, we struggled at the outset but with a little creativity and courage, it’s likely that we’ll reach and surpass our goals.”

Seems simple, but sometimes action is the hardest part.

This may be a bit late, but there is still time to enter for a chance to win a pair of birkenstocks from wanderlust and lipstick.  Just write a clever limerick, but be fast!  The contest is over today.

Here’s some  funny screen shots from Google queries.  Very revealing of stereotypes I think.
